Aqua Aerobic and swimming sessions are held at the New Earswick Swimming Pool, Hawthorn Terrace, New Earswick YO32 4AQ

The cost is £5.00 per person.

Friday 09.15 to 10.15 a.m Sessions consist of 30 minutes of simple exercises in water with optional 15 minute sessions of Free’n Easy swimming before and after the exercises. 

You do not need to be able to swim to join in these classes.

Sessions are conducted by a qualified instructor and lifeguard are always in attendance.
