Sessions include simple exercises, use of bikes and other apparatus, and ends with a period of relaxation, followed by refreshments.

Sessions are held under the supervision of qualified instructors. A nurse generally attends on Monday and Friday Mornings and newcomers may wish to attend on of these sessions initially.
